Boxing is known to burn a lot of calories compared to other exercises, and once you try a class, you’ll see why! We will go over proper stance, fundamental punches such as jabs, straights, hooks, and uppercuts. It is a common misconception that boxing only works your arms. The truth when you properly punch and move it’s a full body workout. It highly depends on your core strength, leg endurance to throw a proper punch.

Suspension training, made popular by TRX, works on your core, legs, upper body. By being suspended it creates a greater challenge to a certain exercises compared to not being suspended. Suspension training is great for functional training which maximizes strength development, stability, and endurance, and over time will tone and define the body. Combined with our other training methods it offers a well-rounded complimentary in our training routine.
When it comes to fitness equipment a monster truck tire wouldn’t the first thing in your mind. Performing certain exercises on the tire can make it more challenging. Burpees, push ups, mountain climbers, squats, squat thrust can all be performed on the tire. This is a great addition to our boot camp that other facilities won’t implement
